Under Rail Load liners are Perfect for you if you are planning to fit a tonneau cover or hardtop to your pickup truck, as they allow you access to the inner lip where majority of accessories will clamp or bolt too.

Plastic bed Liners protect your Toyota Hilux Bed Area from damage when carrying goods, The Paint used by Pickup Truck manufacturers in the bed of the truck is very thin and can easily be scratched or marked when loading goods in your truck.

A Plastic bed liner is the best and cheapest way to protect your bed area, If you own a pick-up this is one of the most important accessories you can buy, The bed liner will protect your bed and increase resale value, If your vehicle is leased it will hide and protect the bed from damages that a lease company may try and charge you for a the end of your lease.

  1. Protection made easy

Posted by Rory on 22nd Jun 2015

This liner is quite easy to install despite not coming with any instructions. You will need to drill out holes for the 4 x load liner tie down points in the corners - these are conveniently marked by three depressions at each corner (use the top and lower ones).
Prep your load area appropriately - make sure it's clean and dry and apply any treatment, padding (silicone bumpers?) etc. If you have a ladder rack you will need to cut out some squares from the front lip of the liner. Measure twice, cut once. Importantly, establish where the centre is and work outwards for this. Unscrew the tie down hooks from front and rear corners and wrestle the liner into place. It's quite flexible and forgiving so don't worry too much. Once it's in place you can screw the tie down hooks back into the liner, essentially anchoring the liner in.
The tail gate liner piece is dead easy - remove the screws securing the tailgate handle/light access panel, leaving in the centre two (top amd bottom). Fit the liner, screw it in and you're done.
As extra protection for the sills I bought and installed 3M helicopter tape , which is a clear vinyl tape used on helicopter blades (easily available from a local auction site).
