Spyder roll bars are manufactured in Europe and made from a high-grade Steel Sheet, carefully laser cut then folded using the latest cad-driven CNC and folding machines. They are then hand welded to form a rugged-looking high-quality Roll Bar for your Isuzu D-Max.

The finishing process for the Spyder Roll Bars is what really sets it apart from its competitors. Once assembled and all checks are complete, each roll bar is then bead blasted and hot-dip galvanised to coat it in a layer of zinc.

The galvanised bar is then electrostatically painted in 2 stages ensuring the best possible bond between the paint and the roll bar’s surface. This type of coating is far superior to powder-coating and ensures that the finish will look like new for much much longer.
