Shipping & Returns

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Most purchases over £100 + VAT are delivered free to UK mainland addresses (Excludes highlands and islands). Trucktops and glass products will have shipping charged on them, Our free delivery service is a 2-3 working day delivery, we aim to deliver your products as soon as possible

If for any reason an item is out of stock and will not be delivered within 7 working days we will email and call you with an estimated delivery date.
Although the Company will make every effort to deliver on the agreed date, time for delivery is not of the essence of the contract. Any quoted delivery date or period is a business estimate only and is conditional on the Buyer, at the time of placing the order, providing the Company with such information concerning the Buyer's requirements as enables the Company to fulfill the order. The Company shall be not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by delayed delivery of goods. Delay in delivery will not entitle the Buyer to rescind the contract.

Damaged Goods
All our products are packed to a very high standard. Our aim is to ensure your goods arrive in first class condition. 

Although we go to great lengths to protect your items there may be an occasion when goods become damaged in transit. Please always inspect your goods before signing for them. If there is any sign of damage or if you are not given time inspect the goods please sign for as damaged.  This is the only way that the goods will be insured against damage by the courier, signing for as unchecked releases the carrier from their responsibilities.

We cannot accept responsibly for damaged goods if the carriers proof of delivery has been signed for as received in good condition, If the goods are damaged this must be recorded in writing with the delivery company at time of receipt.


Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification, providing you've entered a valid email address, this will include your order details and a tracking number. You can then check your order delivery progress online. 

 

International shipping

International shipping rates should be calculated at the checkout, if the rates calculated at checkout are incorrect we have the right to contact you for additional shipping costs. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

 

Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product we have created a 14 days returns policy to enable you to return products to us. This policy applies irrespective of your geographical location. The Policy does not affect your stator rights (such your rights under sales of goods act 1979 and distance selling regulations 2000).

The first thing you must do to return a product is contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods either via email, telephone or simply login to your online account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You must state you wish to return a product and the reason for return, We can then issue you a Returns from. Any goods returned without a returns form will be liabale for a 20% handling fee.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less any postage costs incurred, The return shipping cost must be covered by the you the customer, We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item)

The goods must be fully insured on the return journey and come back in a complete ready to sell condition, if for any reason the goods need to be repacked or are missing any components then you will be liable to a restocking fee

 

The following products may not be returned under this policy:

1.       Any product which has been installed on a vehicle unless it is faulty (please see warranty section in the terms and conditions for faulty goods)
2.       Any product made to your specification or personalised to you in any way
3.       Any Product which is made to order
4.       Gift Certificates

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days after we have received the goods back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
